My name is Latasha Terry McIver, and I am the founder of Minificient Professional Services, LLC.

 

I have over twenty years of experience in pedagogical foundations; I am an educator and author. My undergraduate degrees are in psychology and sociology. My graduate degrees are in Reading Education and English. In addition, I am certified in special education.
 

My teaching experience includes teaching at the pre-school, middle school, high school, and college levels. My background includes special education, developmental education, effective instructional strategies, curriculum design, student success, career counseling, academic advising, teaching with technology, and creative writing.

 

I love what I do, and I have dedicated my life to education and meeting the diverse needs of my students.

 

Now, I am utilizing my love and passion for education to enhance and promote the academic and professional success of individuals on a larger scale through Minificient.
